I'm a huge support on Chorus Meditation -- I'd tried many paths into meditation but hadn't found one that worked for me until I took a class with MK. The best way to describe it is you leave class feeling 'energetically calm' -- more akin to a walking or moving meditation. Although 45m of meditation seems intense for new people, it goes by in the blink of an eye. Love the product!
