
I signed up early in this experience, not realizing that the product was not yet ready for distribution. I regretted it at first because I had placed money down and felt it was a scam. I quickly got in touch with the company. I found that they were willing to refund me my money. More importantly, the customer service I received was above and beyond most companies. I followed their product updates online and from their videos and became more impressed with this product. I'm a computer engineering teacher and have found that this product is innovative and will profoundly change the charging industry. It has been a long time waiting to get my products. I'm convinced that once the production issues are resolved, the company is well placed to be a formidable competitor in this line of products. I'm so impressed that I have become an investor and support MAGFAST and its people!
