After a long office day, I’m usually dead tired. mad muscles keeps pinging me to move — and it works. Short evening sets somehow give me more energy than I had before starting.
What needs improvement
I’d love to see a few more stretching or mobility routines for recovery days. Sometimes after sitting all day I need slower sessions, not only strength-focused ones. Also, a little more variety in the meal suggestions would be great.
vs Alternatives
I tried other apps, but they all felt either too intense or too complicated. MadMuscles stood out because it fits into real life — short workouts, no mental overload, and clear guidance. It’s the first app that didn’t make me feel guilty for missing a day, just motivated to continue.
