What's great
I've tested several demos done by Naoma AI and was really impressed. The agent's responses to my (what I thought were tricky) questions made total sense and exceeded my expectations. I intentionally tried to throw Naoma off script and I thought it would get stuck, but it actually did extremely well. It has the full context of the product it is presenting and is effectively replacing human-led demos.
What needs improvement
The demos had some hallucinations (a black screen; avatar's face froze while it was still speaking), but it's not unusual for the earliest version of the product (I tested it back in Dec 2025).
vs Alternatives
Have not seen other solutions that have the same capabilities as Naoma AI.
