I got involved with Bird Buddy as a Kickstarter backer, and have been very impressed with the care put into getting the product right. Their thorough testing at every step of the process likely delayed the final delivery, but resulted in a great final product. It was worth every bit of wait! Customer support since receiving the feeder has been outstanding, with replies to my emails coming even on weekends.
