Founder, Operum.ai: AI team for makers

About

I'm building Operum.ai: an AI team for people with an idea and not enough hands. Six agents (PM, Architect, Engineer, Tester, Marketing, Community) take it from an issue to a live product, then help launch it and answer your users. You set priorities and approve what ships. It runs as a desktop app on your own Claude plan or an Anthropic API key, and we build Operum with Operum. Happy to talk agents, Claude Code and shipping solo. Ask me anything.

18 years on trading floors, now I'm building a team of AI agents

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Alex, @olga_primak co-founder. If you read her post, you know she can't code and shipped a CRM anyway. I'm the other half of that story: I spent 18 years as a software engineer on trading floors at Millennium, ExodusPoint, Citi and UBS, building real-time systems where downtime isn't an option.

I kept running into the same thing with AI tools, in my own work and with founders I talked to: they help with tasks, but nobody owns the outcome. You are still the PM, the reviewer, the QA and the person who remembers what comes next.

So Olga and I built Operum: six AI agents with fixed roles (PM, Architect, Engineer, Tester, Marketing, Community) that work together the way a small team does.

👋 I can't code. This year I built a CRM, a website and a software company anyway

I'm Olga, 43, a business person with no technical background. Fifteen years in HR, then a portrait photography studio. I have never been a developer.
Today I do work I used to hire entire teams for. I built my studio's website. I built a full CRM that runs my business, with payments, booking, automation and an AI assistant that knows every client. I did the CRM by myself, in four months.
I did it with Operum, a team of six AI agents that my co-founder Alex and I created. And here is the part people don't believe: we build Operum with Operum. The whole company is just the two of us. No employees, no agency.
We do it while raising three kids with no outside help, in a country we moved to ten years ago.
I'm not telling you this to impress you. I'm telling you because a year ago I was sure this kind of work wasn't for people like me. Now I do it for myself, and we're building it for other founders and creative people who have the idea and the expertise, and no technical team.
So I'd love to hear from you: what would you build if the technical part stopped being the obstacle?
