Visible Wireless SUCKS Big time!! They claim that they use Verizon’s network but I’d like to know exactly what that means because I had Verizon and the service was great! None of my calls dropped, no connection issues, perfect service. However, it’s really expensive. So, I wanted to try a different carrier and went with Visible. Big mistake!! This is literally the worst service I have ever had!! Ever!!! No one can hear me and 90% of my calls drop. Visible is complete garbage in my opinion. I hate it! They are extremely unorganized and if you call customer support you can expect to be on hold for hours. Not even close to Verizon service!!!!
