I ordered from them Black Friday. They never even shipped it out for over a month until I emailed- then once I emailed they never sent my wall mount that I also PAID FOR- then I was supposed to receive a free suet ball as well and they never sent that. So currently they are stealing money from me. I have emailed multiple times and they still have yet to respond or send my stuff! HORRIBLE Customer service! Do not buy from these people.
