I actually USE this CRM! If I had a nickel for every CRM I've dabbled with I'd be a wealthy woman - hahaha! This one actually works WITH simplicity. The others were always overwhelming to learn, set up, and use. They named it beautifully...it is definitely less annoying...actually, maybe it should be Not Annoying CRM instead of Less Annoying CRM now that I think about it. If you've been like me and simply not using CRMs due to the "hassle factor" then this is the one for you!
