This has become my best assistant on all conference calls. It is an invaluable tool that is accurate in both French and English. It comprehends and is able to capture the wording correctly which is awesome. Translation and summaries are first rate and it will generate the email to send to all participants. Constantly evolving application that is worth it's wait in gold. BTW - customer service is first rateand issues that you may encounter are followed up as well via email!
