They won't refund you no matter the problem. I had signed up for the trail back in May 2020. I canceled the subscription in May. It is now August 2020 and they recently charged my card. I contacted them asking if they could refund me for the product before it gets shipped. They said there was nothing they could do and would not give a refund even tho i didn't approve this charge.
