Why interactive roundtables beat high-attendance webinars for community depth

We used to celebrate when 500 people registered for our monthly community workshops. Then we checked the chat log during the live session it was a total ghost town.

We stopped doing one-way webinars and switched to interactive roundtable discussions where attendees had to share their biggest current bottleneck in small groups.
