I recently returned to Spotify after they finally introduced lossless audio (we were kept waiting a longtime for that one). But after jumping between its competitors over the years (Apple Music, Deezer, Qobuz etc), I have to say that Spotify's UX is infinitely better and really does make it much easier to jump between different kinds of music, to listen to large volumes of it, to keep track of what you're listening to etc.

There is so much functionality packed into this app that it often seems to collapse under the weight of it all (this manifests in small bugs, music refusing to load etc).

Spotify's UX (interface and user experience) is infinitely better than its competitors in this space, it makes it much easier to listen to large volumes of music.

Great functionality that's within Google's robust ecosystem.
