"Terrible service! They claim to offer free assistance but actually earn commissions for every membership you pay on the website. When I needed help with my new website, I had to schedule a call for guidance. Due to a family emergency with one of my parents in the hospital, I had to reschedule a few times as my availability was uncertain. Despite having no policy against rescheduling, they used it as an excuse to push a paid service as my only option, saying I could no longer access their free assistance. This decision was entirely arbitrary, with no clear rule or policy to back it up. They even take advantage of people in difficult situations—truly appalling!"
