Would rate it lower if I could. Misleading product positioning and advertising and really terrible customer service.
Asked for a refund after finding out the product could harm my wife and newborn son. Customer service reps were smug, unhelpful, and did not believe a refund was warranted (I even offered to send back product to show it was open but unused).
One of the worst companies I've ever interacted with...
I don't say that lightly...
