He received a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2002 from Khabarovsk State Technical University (Russia) and a Master’s degree in Computer Science in 2003 from Saarland University, Saarbrücken (Germany). From 2003 to 2006, he was a PhD student at Saarland University. He later lectured at the Russian-German Institute of Computer Science at Pacific State University (2006–2008). In 2011, he earned a PhD in informational, measuring, and control systems from the Institute of Mechanical Engineering Problems (Russian Academy of Sciences). For over 10 years, he served as Dean of Foreign Student Programs at Saint Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation. He currently works as a Senior Software Developer at a German IT company.
