Hi there! I am new on here. I first came to up vote an amazing product. Now I’d like to hang out with the incredible people within the community. I’ve been consulting with brands for over 6+ years in branding / CX. Since then I have learned one important lesson about delivering an amazing customer experience. Empathy! If you get this right, marketing, purpose, employee culture and customer experience will align and deliver explosive results & opportunities to differentiates.
