I try to keep track of my time, but sometimes I get so involved that I don't even bother keeping track, which is why I still don't have a reliable answer to your question. This is very interesting, because I'd also like to know the average time. But I think the range would still be huge.
How much time do you spend on a product launch, and what items take the longest to prepare?
