I'm Arthur, a solo developer from Mexico. I built Minifon because I had a real problem my screen time was 7-8 hours a day and I couldn't stop. I looked into dumbphones but didn't want to give up my iPhone. Then I found apps that turn your phone into a minimal launcher — cool concept, but every single one charges a monthly subscription. $10/month to block apps on your own phone felt wrong to me....

I build Pomodorin as my first app because I became completely dependent on timers to focus, but none of the apps I tried gave me that satisfying feeling of "I did something." So I made one where you literally harvest tomatoes. Sounds silly but watching that basket fill up keeps me going through long work sessions and I'm looking for extra ideas to add more features with time but trying to...
