I was hesitant about working with The Free Website Guys, because (1) my personal experiences in working with free services have almost always been underwhelming and (2) I am not a tech savvy person and doubted that they would be willing to handhold me through the process. But I decided to try them out after reading other testimonials on their website and to be honest, mainly because they responded to my request so quickly. From the time I signed up until the process started was somewhere between 24-48 hours. I especially appreciated their level of attentiveness in communications. Not only do they answer all of my questions quickly, give an update when there is a delay, but they also prepare a tutorial video for every single step that I was required to do. Their systemization helped make my job easier and very peaceful as a customer. And I assume that it helps the workers on their team make the least mistakes as well. After having worked with many online workers where miscommunication/under-communication and lack of systemization have been a nightmare to deal with, I highly recommend the Free Website Guys and would definitely work with them again myself.
