Stealing & Unacceptable Service with Framer Support I am writing this review with immense frustration and disappointment after my fifth unsuccessful attempt to resolve a serious issue with Framer support. The chatbots are useless. I have never received any real human correspondence so far. It has been over a month now. To make matters worse, we have been incorrectly billed for two plans and four members, while in reality, we only subscribed to one basic plan for three paid and one free members. This discrepancy is evident in the screenshots and invoices I've attached. It's alarming to see charges for products and services that we have not received, and the inability to make adjustments due to the convoluted user interface adds to the ordeal. It seems like they deliberately removed the ability to adjust the billing. If my concerns are not addressed promptly, I am prepared to take this matter to social media, exposing this situation with all the evidence at my disposal. It's deeply troubling to witness such a lack of regard for customers from a company like Framer. This experience has been nothing short of disgraceful, and I hope my review serves as a wake-up call for immediate and effective remedial action.
