I built something I use every day, and it's made for everyday people to use too
A lot of people pay for AI subscriptions but don't actually earn any money from them. They aren't in jobs that require heavy AI use, but they constantly see others profiting from it and feel left behind. What can we build for them?
I started thinking about this and noticed a dedicated niche of people who monitor the web for sweepstakes, freebies, and coupons. Many of these opportunities are actually buried in YouTube videos creators drop limited-time discount links or "first 100 users" giveaways right in their content.
So, I built an AI monitoring system (luckengine). It lets you track your favorite, most trusted YouTube channels. The AI automatically analyzes the entire video the second it's uploaded, hunting for any hidden opportunities (discounts, coupons, giveaways). As soon as it finds one, it pings you in the app dashboard and via Discord.
Since launching, I've realized YouTube is just the beginning and I plan to expand to other platforms. Right now, I'm struggling to find an audience and I'm currently my only user but I honestly love it.
