I ordered a product from Xparts.in and paid the full amount online. However, they never contacted me to confirm the order or update me on the delivery status. I had to constantly keep calling and messaging them, but they always gave vague answers or avoided my questions. After a few weeks, they finally told me that the price had gone up and I had to pay more if I wanted to get the product. Their after sales service is pathetic and they are cheating their customers. I would not recommend buying anything from this site.I am waiting for a refund. I am not sure that it will ever come
