Lead Relay: could you review one customer handoff?
I'm Sergio, building Lead Relay with AI assistance. The aim is to bring a company's customer conversations, ownership and follow-up into one workspace.
Could someone who handles customer enquiries try one decision in our public prototype? A fictional customer reply introduces a buying deadline. You can see the reply, the proposed change and its reason, then confirm it or keep the earlier context.

The interface and task instructions are in English. Fictional customer messages remain in Spanish, with an English explanation of the example reply. The signals are scripted, the data is fictional, and confirming sends nothing. No account, payment or connected inbox is involved; changes reset on reload. Real integrations are still internal pilots.
I'd value one observation: what information did you need to make that decision, and could you find it? Please keep customer details out of your reply. If you want a short written review of a general handoff in your own team, say so here; no account access or customer messages needed.
Which inbox would Lead Relay need to replace for your team?
If a team has to copy every enquiry into Lead Relay, we're giving them another job. We're exploring a shared inbox where conversations, ownership and the next step stay together, including messages from existing customers.
Email is the first channel we're evaluating. WhatsApp and Instagram are further down the roadmap and depend on their platform requirements. The public demo still uses fictional data. We have a separate local prototype, but no live inbox connections or real-data workspaces are available yet, and we haven't set a launch date for them.
The roadmap is here: https://leadrelay.azprojs.net/re...
If you share customer enquiries with a small team, which inbox would this need to replace? What do you end up copying or checking twice today?
I'm also offering a short written review of that workflow while we validate the idea. Describe the channels, who handles replies and where handoffs go wrong, and I'll suggest a few ways to reduce duplication. No account access or customer messages needed. This is a free, written review with AI assistance, not a live integration or ongoing support service. You can reply here or use https://leadrelay.azprojs.net/le... .
