Hi everyone I m Benqiang, an indie builder working on Claripace, a visual project-management workspace for small teams.

The problem I keep coming back to is simple: a board can look organized while ownership, blockers, and the next action are still unclear. Claripace is my attempt to keep those signals visible without adding another layer of status meetings.

What usually makes your project board stop reflecting reality?

Over the years working for agencies I've become quite familiar with tools like @asana and @Jira , also with @Trello for personal projects. But I was wondering, are these the most used or are these just the ones I've been exposed to? Are there better options? Would love to hear your thoughts down below!
