My name is gerges, i found that the app is very useful one as it manages the light come out of screen effectively so it protects my eyes from harmful blue lights, beside i found that by prolonged using of computer, i don't have headache as i have by not using the app! Also i found that using promodoro technique is very effective to manage my time consumed. I really found @CareUEyes very helpful...
