What's great
I have been using it for the past 6 years it genuinely feels like it understands what I want to listen to. The music discovery and personalized playlists are a huge part of why I keep coming back, and the app makes it really easy to jump between songs, playlists, and podcasts without any friction. I also love how smooth it is across devices, and the huge music library means I’m never stuck looking for something to play. It’s one of those apps that just fits naturally into everyday life.
What needs improvement
Spotify could improve by reducing the ads in the free version because they interrupt the listening experience too often. I’ve also noticed occasional app bugs and playback issues, and the app would feel much better if those were fixed more consistently. The subscription price also feels a bit high, and customer support could be faster and easier to reach.
