I build things when I get frustrated enough with existing ones. Cimanote started because I watched Evernote go from the app I trusted for years to a $15/mo bloated mess with three CEOs and a free tier locked to one device. So I stopped complaining and built something leaner. By day, I'm a product executive. I've run B2B software product orgs, so I know what it means to ship something that actually works for real people, not just looks good in a demo.
