I have been dealing with Magfast from the beginning. Actually, before the "beginning" since I purchased several of the previous versions of the charger before Magfast was born. Although the release of the product has taken a somewhat long time, the management of Magfast has been very open regarding the delays and the reasons behind the delays. I think it's much better that they take the time to "get it right" and that is exactly what they are doing. I'm sure that when I finally receive my chargers, they will be excellent and the best on the market.
