It's a great concept but it needs work..I'm having trouble with the cartridges and getting water to come out it's like it's stopped up, my daughter and i both have the 32oz steel cup so we get maybe 2-2.5 sips per cartridge
What needs improvement
flavors do not last as advertised (45)difficult to drink from (15)
