Custom fields do not work well when uploading a second batch to an existing campaign. I had to wait over 12 hours each time I had a question, and when they provided a solution after 4 days it DID NOT WORK. Wasted a month of my life. Pros: Simple Cons: Horrible service, and disappointing product
