Managing human resources involves a lot of moving parts, especially when tracking recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews. Edraw.AI has simplified this by providing templates to visualize entire HR workflows. I can map out recruitment stages, from job posting to candidate interviews, and create detailed onboarding diagrams that are easy to follow. The visual representation helps streamline these processes, and sharing them with HR staff has made communication much clearer. It would be nice to have more HR-specific templates, but this tool has already helped optimize our HR tasks considerably.
