
Worst customer care, takes hours to connect in chat, agents repeat the same story again. Transferring number to visible takes days or weeks and they blame the previous carrier. I had to purchase a new phone which is locked to carrier for 60days even though you pay full price. Overall they are a joke of a company without any sense of how to run the business. Just a bad business trying to harass people with great offers. Also yeah the network is horrible, if you are a verizon, total customer you are good but visible runs on same network and is terrible. Not sure why
