The software didn't work for me, but in order to test it out, I had to sign up for a free trial, which was set up as a bait and switch. I hadn't realized I was signing up for a full year membership, and only realized my error when I got charged almost $500!! The company refuses to give me a refund, despite my never having used the software. It's just slimy business practice and poor form.
