I think it does a great job for where it is at. It needs some help with tracking around the mouth and teeth as well as keeping up with profile views of a persons face, but otherwise its very nice and not an incredible time sink into rendering.
Maybe allowing an advanced option to upload profile view images of a face could be a nice touch.
