Being one of the worlds most used Apps would your customers not love it if you could offer support via WhatsApp. Sure, you can try and use a cellphone and Web.whatsApp.com but wouldn't it be so much easier if: Your whole team could log into a web portal (no cellphones that needs to be charged) And everyone on your team can help to support your customers And everyone can see all conversations...
