Love Nifty! Been using it awhile and it keeps getting better and better with each new add-on and feature. Definitely think Nifty will be the PM tool of choice for teams of all sizes looking to get away from the clunky interfaces of the other major players.

Been using Juphy for about a month and its been a lifesaver for dealing with clients who are stretched across multiple social channels. Makes it easy to reply to comments and good/bad reviews. Takes a whole past workflow and condenses it into a manageable and enjoyable experience.
