I signed up to get more information. After the initial questions answered it said my consultation would be next. The next thing I see is the order is approved. I wrote back immediately to tell them I don’t want it anymore. They sent back a templated message saying your doctor has approved the order. I immediately wrote back to cancel and they never responded and shipped the order it’s been 2 weeks with no response. I’m disputing this.
