I used it 2 days b4 it broke. Pros: I love that I can put ice in my water and still have a perfectly flavored calorie and sugar free drink with no watered down taste. Cons: Only con I saw is that both the bottle AND the cartridge broke the very first time I dropped it. Didnt expect the cartridge to break
