The algorithm puts you in the wrong group constantly, the mods are sometimes rude and always unhelpful. I would not reccomend this site. Use lifeline instead, this is horrid.

I usually don't write negative reviews, but this has to be done. Okay, so there were a lot of things I hated about this site. First of all, after a few hours, they decide to charge you money. It says you get 24hrs free, but you don't. And most of the people who go to those sites are teens hoping it will save their lives. It's possible that while the site could've helped them, someone could die...
