Along the way I noticed something strange: the financial system became incredibly good at tracking transactions, but it still had no idea what people actually purchased. Payments show where money moved. The real details live in receipts, invoices, and confirmations, but that information never becomes structured data software can use. That gap became the idea behind Viacle.
