Hi PH community 👋 DualShot Camera started from a simple frustration: every creator knows the pain of filming the same moment twice. One version for YouTube. Another for Shorts, Reels, or TikTok. Same scene. Same energy. Double the work. We kept asking: why should creators have to choose between landscape and portrait before they even hit record? Love the focus on reliability and real user requests — terminal access + agent memory are big wins. The one-click redeploy is especially nice. Curious if better logs or debugging tools are on the roadmap next?
Update: terminal, Slack, memory, and a smoother deploy flow

I’ve come to see this less as either, and more as sequencing. Starting narrow builds real signal — you learn fast, iterate faster, and earn trust. Going broad too early often means optimizing for assumptions instead of reality. But once you have strong product-market fit in a niche, expanding intentionally can unlock real scale. Curious where others draw that line.
Go big right from the start or grow slowly?

The “information gain” point is underrated. Feels like Google is less about what you say now, and more about whether you add anything new at all.
What's the one SEO myth you believed for way too long?

One thing I wish I learned earlier: distribution matters more than the product at the start. You can fix a product with feedback, but no one can fix something they never see.
