I recently had a harrowing experience with the Airalo eSIM App and felt compelled to share my dreadful encounter. This app and its services are nothing short of a nightmare.
Airalo's eSIM left me stranded in Azerbaijan with absolutely no internet connectivity, despite their grandiose claim of "Stay connected, wherever you travel, at affordable rates." This claim turned out to be nothing but a cruel farce. I found myself in a dangerous situation, fearing for my personal safety, as I had no way to access Maps or reach out for help.
To make matters worse, Airalo's customer support was utterly useless. They could do nothing more than ask the same questions repeatedly and respond with the same copied and pasted answers, offering no real assistance in resolving my dire situation.
And the cherry on top of this disastrous experience? Airalo flat out refused to refund my costs, ludicrously claiming that data had been exchanged, even though no meaningful service was provided.
I implore anyone reading this review to steer clear of Airalo at all costs. This app and its services are a disgrace, and I wouldn't wish my nightmarish experience on my worst enemy. Avoid Airalo like the plague.
