Claims to have a free tier. But when you click on the Free Plan / Get Started link it takes you to a page that requires payment. Not only that, but if, from that page, you choose the Monthly plan, it takes you to a Link page that charges you for the yearly plan! Either it's a straight up fraud or it's terrible execution. Either way: avoid.
