Hey David, edTech space is a field that I'm fairly familiar with. I was deeply involved until a couple of years ago. Have you though of product-led partnerships? Integrating with a related product that works with academic institutions, and having the right commercial tie in place, can do wonders. There was an edTech infrastructure service that does exactly that. Think like Zapier for schools....
