simple task tracking tool that I can access on my phone and multiple PCs. IF it works, which it does not for the last 4 days....
What needs improvement
the tool has been unavailable for 4+ days now. I cannot access any of my tasks or projects, even though I have an app installed locally on my PC. That is devastating for my business.
Blitzit is blaming Google and firebase issues, but Google Gemini denies such widespread outage. It might be a suspended Google account for blitzit.
Support does not respond, they only have an AI chatbot giving the same answer.
I need to know when the service is coming back or I have to find another solution. This is unacceptable.
