If I could offer -0- stars, that would be better than giving them 1. I received my dumbbells after waiting an exceedingly long time. I should have known with all the delays there would be problems down the road. Followed all instructions to a tee. I keep getting an error to retry because an error occurred. Lo and behold, one can only contact via email with a potential 24 hour turnaround or longer. Needless to say, this is piss poor customer service for a start up. Buyers beware!
