MAGFAST
The Magfast founder has constantly contacted investors and anyone else interested in their products. The customer support is impressive. They reply to emails within 24 hours, and usually within hours. They have videos on a weekly basis to give updates on their progress. Due to Covid and supply chain issues, the chargers have taken longer to arrive. Still, the founder has kept in constant touch about that and updated the progress of the arrival of the products to the company, and thus to the purchasers. I have no chargers yet, but recently received the charging cords, and they are wonderful. Well-made and attractive are only two of the attributes. Since the chargers have not yet arrived, I am not a user, but am so anxious to receive my orders. Based on the quality of the cords, I can guess the chargers are going to be wonderful.
