Sleepwells are yellow tinted glasses that block out artificial blue light emitted from TVs, phones, laptops and lamps. Blue light is harmful before bedtime, as it suppresses the production of a natural hormone called Melatonin. Blocking out the blue light enables our bodies to function and rest naturally at night, feeling more productive next day.
