Speaking to the 10WEB chatbot is a complete nightmare! Sorry but you need a lot of work there. But speaking to Ruzanna Tutoyan it was another very happy story. She guided me seamlessly through the process and provided the correct answers. She is amazing and an asset to 10WEB and those clients who will profit form her knowledge and excellent customer service. Many thanks Ruzanna! I hope you will pop up to support me next time I will need help to navigate through the complex and complicated process of building a website through 10WEB. At the moment you are the reason I havent given up hope!
